Both product (Playmager Magnetic Tiles) and customer service was exceptional. Carlos and his wife were flexible and great communicators as we arranged times for me to pick up the product. They warmly welcomed me and showed me through the product and the infinite ways you can play with it. The tiles themselves are fantastic and the fact that they are an Australian product is even better. They're durable (standing the test of my niece and nephew jumping on them and throwing them!) and fascinate children of all ages - we had multiple design competitions over the long weekend involving a 1.5, 4, 6, 30, 31 and 35-year-old!
