The school holidays are almost upon us! If you're like many parents, you're likely thinking about how to keep your children engaged, entertained, and maybe even a bit educated during this break. The good news is we have just the answer for you.
Introducing our Build & Code Day Camp – September 26th
Does your child love to tinker, build, and dream of how things work?
Then JC Ingenium’s Build & Code Day Camp is the perfect getaway for them. Designed with the spirit of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), this workshop is much more than just a play session. It's an immersive learning experience that merges fun with foundational engineering concepts. The camp does not just teach but inspires children to view the world from an engineer’s perspective.
But wait, there's more. This isn't just about building towers or simple structures. It's about understanding the math behind them, the art that can be incorporated, and even the basics of coding. Through the use of MagBlox, children are able to build all kinds of structures and let their imagination run wild, whilst learning the basic principles of coding. Imagine the joy on your child's face when they not only build but also bring their creations to life with coding!
This educational day camp is suitable for children aged 5 to 7 and will be hosted on Tuesday the 26th of September starting at 10am.

Dive Deeper with the Build & Circuits Day Camp – September 28th
For those young minds that are intrigued by the magic of circuits and the endless possibilities they bring, JC Ingenium offers the Build & Circuits Day Camp. This camp introduces kids to the mesmerizing world of circuits, coding, and the very essence of innovation. It's where your child's creativity meets the realm of electrical wonders.
Apart from the technical knowledge, we place immense emphasis on values like teamwork, tolerance, and responsibility. By integrating these values into the workshops, children not only grasp STEAM concepts but also develop essential life skills.
An exciting addition to this camp is the inclusion of MagBlox. These magnetic tiles not only allow children to explore the wonders of magnetism but also seamlessly integrate into our circuit-building activities. MagBlox tiles are designed to enhance spatial awareness, encourage creative play, and introduce the basics of circuitry in a tangible, hands-on manner. With these tiles, your child’s understanding of circuits will not just be theoretical; they’ll be building, connecting, and witnessing the magic unfold right before their eyes!
Suitable for ages 8 to 11, this camp will be hosted on Thursday the 28th of September from 10am.

Why STEAM?
In today's rapidly evolving world, STEAM has become a cornerstone of education. These fields drive innovation and progress, and early exposure can significantly benefit children, especially those aged between 5 to 11. The foundational concepts they learn now will pave the way for future academic and career success. Our holiday workshops are tailored to nurture and enhance this STEAM knowledge in a relaxed, enjoyable setting with the use of MagBlox.
